Change happens one decision at a time, and guided by my experience and training at the Mayo Clinic, we will work together collaboratively and non-judgmentally to discover new ways of thinking and establish goals to achieve new heights. I am here to facilitate you in a self-directed journey, aligned with your values, to uncover answers that oftentimes already reside within you.
Together, we then make a plan of specific steps that will lift you toward your desired goals and greater well-being.
